Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

Liking more every day
I ordered a size 12m Madrid in the Clay color on the close out. Received them and they were too small and tight. Returned and exchanged them for a size 13m. They were a little snug and stiff the first time I put them on, but as I put them on more I wear them, the better they get. They are light and getting more comfortable the more I wear them. I like them a bunch. And the exchange process worked great. Totally satisfied. My feet are kinda in that in between size. Some shoes, size 12 works, some I need a size 13. In this case, a 13 worked out best. And the toe box has plenty of room on the outside by the little toes. I really like the just step into them with the flexible heel counter.

Poor fit. Sole much too flexible.
Shoe were too tight. My foot doc said the way-too-flexible sole was exactly wrong for my hammer toe.

Not a high enough arch
They were cute but if the laces untied and opened so I could get them on it would be great
