Shoe Care
Knit: Use a soft cloth or toothbrush to spot-clean knit upper with dishwashing liquid and water. Rinse and air dry.
Leather: Spot-clean with soft cloth only.
Insoles: Removable and machine washable. Air dry. (Kizik Kids Prague, Athens, and Anaheim have permanent insoles.)

Too big
I got this shoe as a gift so now I have no receipt to return it. Super comfy but it is WAY TOO BIG. I am so disappointed. I got shoes that were half a size smaller than my usual foot size and it is still way too big. How small will i have to go? It just falls right off. Bad shoe from a company that wont make it right. Do not buy

The Venice are NOT it
I have five pairs of Kiziks, so you can say I absolutely love this brand! However, the Venice was so insanely uncomfortable. The top/tongue of the shoe is very high and rigid, and I got bruises on the tops of my feet from just a few hours of use. Very disappointed :(
